Mark Jones :: Chair Trustee & Chief Executive Officer
Mark Jones

Mark's working career started at the age of 16 and has developed over the last 23 years. His main areas of expertise have been focused on Business Development, Relationship Management, Auditing, Business Agreements, Sales, Operational Processes and Procedures, Managing Staff and Project Management. His youngest son Adam was diagnosed with autism at the age of 22 months and now attends a local special school. Mark previously helped as a volunteer at the Eastbourne family centre for the sussex autistic society until its insolvency in July 2010. In addition to his work at Families for Autism, Mark is also the Centre Manager at St Elisabeth's Church in Eastbourne with the responsibility of marketing their new Conference Centre facilities.

Aimee Sadler :: Deputy Chair Trustee
Aimee Sadler

Aimee originally studied at Lewes College and gained her Btec NVQ level 3 Early Years. She then went on to work in Austria as a ski resort looking after young children.
In May 2009 she started work at South Downs Community School as a Teaching Assistant. She worked there for three years and gained a lot of valuable experience with a range of special needs.
Aimee started working at Families for Autism as a Club Support Worker in February 2011, then progressed to become a Team Leader, and is now a Trustee.
Aimee currently works at Mayfield Childrens Home as a Support Worker for children with Autism and challenging behaviours.

Kerry Iles :: Community & Public Relations Trustee
Kerry Iles

Kerry studied at Brighton University and gained her degree in BA Primary Education (5-11) with QTS. Kerry started volunteering at Sussex Autistic Society then becoming a Support Worker. During this time Kerry also worked at Smile Club, a playscheme for children with special needs. Kerry joined Families for Autism as a Club Support Worker in February 2011, then progressed to a Team Leader and is now a Trustee. Kerry currently works as a Class Teacher at the South Downs Community Special School.

Sarah Doble :: Financial Trustee
Sarah Doble

Sarah has worked for various organisations over the last 15 years (including Parker Pen and Hastings Direct) her job has been as a senior member of their finance departments.

She is a long term active member of St Elisabeths church in Eastbourne and much of her spare time is spent leading Girl Guides and Brownies.

Her youngest brother who is now eighteen was diagnosed with Autism at two years old.
