The Families Committee has a strong representation of different family members from within our supported families network. The committee works on behalf of Families for Autism and meets once a month to discuss its chosen agenda.

What is the purpose of the Families Committee?

The Committee has been set up to work in very much the same way as a Parent Teacher Association within schools. That is, raising funds for general running costs and specific projects to help ensure the financial health of Families for Autism, assisting in practical matters where requested, and providing a supportive link between our
Families and the charities Management Committee.

Committee Members:

Vicky Chessell
